May I return my order?
Yes. If you are not completely happy with the hair received, New Star accepts return under following conditions:
- We accept return(s) within 30 calendar days of original purchase date. Any return(s) request after 30 calendar days of purchase will not be honored.
- Hairs must be in the original state the same as they were sent to you. Bundles have not been unwrapped, with length tag and rubber band. Any hairs that have been brushed, combed, worn, washed or styled in any way, we will not accept the return.
- Box or bag that packs the hair must also be well kept and not damaged.
All clearance products including special listings are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please note that our online store is separate from our physical store, therefore online orders cannot be returned or exchanged in-store, and they must be refunded to their original form of payment.
How to return?
You must contact us within 7 days once you receive the package but want to return the hairs. Please contact customer service at 1-(347)327-1226 or firstname.lastname@example.org, during office hours: Monday-Friday 10am-6pm.
Customer service department will send a pre-paid USPS label for your item(s) to be returned to our New York office. We always pay the expense for you to ship the items back.
After receiving the products you returned, we will check them thoroughly. If they are unused and in the original state the same as we shipped to you, we will issue a refund with the payment option you originally used. By the way, it usually takes 3 to 5 business days for the returned money to appear in your account.
