How to Return
Our customers should contact express delivery company to return the package to our appointed address. About shipping fee, we can pay for American customers, but customers in other countries should pay by themselves, especially those who are in the out-of-the-way delivery address range.
We don't accept return and refund if you don't like the product you order.
We accept hair products exchange, only if it is because of product quality problems and wrong items be sent, and our clients also can ask for exchange if they don't like the hair style.
How We Would Refund You
The buyers could get their refund by Paypal and cash, refund also can be used as payment for next your purchase. Once we receive the returned package, we will process your refund or exchange in 3 business days. If the products are intact, we will fully refund you, and if the products are partially damaged, we will refund you proportionally, and if the products are completely unusable, we have the right to reject your request of refund.
