Collecting Raw Hair

We only collect healthy and nutritious raw human hairs that are cut from single donors who usually take good care of their hairs. When collecting, each bundle uses the same person's hairs, which are not mixed with the hairs from other donors, this guarantees very good original features of the raw hairs and will bring better wearing results. Manufacturing Process

During this process, there are a lot of steps to follow to manufacture the hair bundles, and there is an experienced quality inspector to check several times, to make sure every bundle has enough weight and perfect texture.

The collected raw human hair must be sorted out by bundle in different length from 6 inches to the longest. After being sewed by the machine, each bundle will be weighed, someone in the factory will measure the length and weight, to ensure each bundle has a full length and weight, which is around 93g to 97g.

Shaping

We do not use any chemicals when washing the hairs, to create different patterns like body wave, loose wave or curly, chemicals also not used but the natural steam.

Before putting each bundle to the plastic bag, we randomly select several bundles to make tests, for example, washing the wavy and curly bundles to see if they can still keep the patterns, comb the hair to see if there are tangling and shedding. Actually, during these steps, the most important one I think is collecting raw hairs, you need to get the most natural and healthy raw human hairs at the beginning, so that can make the best quality human hair bundles and other hair products.

Dye, bleach and styling

Whether our bundles, closures or frontals, they all use best quality human raw hairs that can be dyed and bleached, these remy hairs can not achieve a perfect bleaching result as our raw hairs do. We did a bleach test and the photo below shows the result.
